Series - Painting with the Chakras!
I am delighted to share this color energy work with you! During this art journal and intuitive painting workshop we will go deep into the energy of colors of the rainbow.
We will talk about color in relation to the chakra energy system and how you can use the energy of color as a tool for self discovery and empowerment. You gain insight into how to embody each color, get to know it and integrate ways of working with its energy in your life.
This color exploration journey is split into 3 parts. Part 1 is the mixed media art journaling with the chakra journey, Part 2 is an intuitive painting "meditation canvas" journey. Part 3 is an intuitive abstract painting journey.

COLOR Adventure!
In this course, you will learn about the power held within 7 colors of the Chakra energy system. You will bring awareness and balance to each chakra through creative embodiment. As you focus on each color I share ways to invite in each color's energy through music, gemstones, yoga or breathwork, essential oils, and cooking. There are 3 distinct color journeys to take. Focus on one or do them all! You choose your creative adventure.

Rainbow Goddess Intuitive Meditation Canvas Journey
Self-paced intuitive painting with acrylics on canvas series consisting of 7 videos. Paint larger and get into the energetic flow of each color! Each color is a new layer on your meditation canvas. Layer after layer we build one the canvas and see what final subject arises for you! I share my creation of a rainbow goddess but, you are free to follow your muse!
Wild and Free Intuitive Abstract Painting Journey
Live Classes! We will gather together for open studios on zoom 1x a month for 4 months. You learn principles of abstract painting as well as intuitive painting guidance for a wild & free painting journey! Live class video replays will be available.
Suggested Supplies:
Mixed media sketchbook or paper for art journaling series, two canvas (16x20 or larger) for intuitive painting series. Acrylic paint in a rainbow of colors plus black and white, watercolor palette, brushes, water, spray bottle, paper towels or rags, collage papers, glue, scissors and stencils.
