Our second layer for Elemental Flow FIRE was powerful! 

We talked about how FIRE is action! It's expansive, creates change & personal growth. Then we tuned into the element of fire with a drumming meditation followed by a visualization and candle ritual. We can use our fire within to burn away what's holding us back. After some quiet time painting we return to your circle to share your heART work and how it transformed.
